These two studies of Z- are both done on 18 x 24" sheets of Japanese paper, and are both done with soft graphite.
The Toronto School of Art is having an open house this week, from Thursday Apr 14 to Saturday Apr 16. There is a reception/party on Thursday night. It will likely be a rare opportunity to see first-hand a collaborative project involving a few of my Japanese paper drawings, radically reworked . More details to follow, but there will be hundreds of student works to enjoy.
