1st entry for January 27, 2009

From the top down, these are one 10-minute pose, two 5-minute poses, and two 2-minute ones. H- was working at Artists 25 on the Tuesday. It was an upsy-downst evening drawing-wise, which peaked at the 10 minute & early 20-minute poses of the night.

2nd Entry for January 13, 2009

These were 3 20-minute poses S- did. I think some of the drawers were finding his poses too basic, but I was liking that. I enjoy the challenge of dramatic, awkward poses (seek it out at Diane's studio, in fact) , but I also like when people do simple things. S- 's semi-reclining poses could easily be someone crashed at home, watching t.v. , as opposed to body as performative scupture.
