On the Monday I was out at the Ralph Thornton Centre. K- was working. These are, from the top, a 2-minute, a 5-minute and two 10-minute studies, mixing up hard Koh-I-Noor compressed charcoal and hard U-Art charcoal sticks on 18 x 24" sheets of cartridge paper.
