1st entry for April 13, 2010

Tuesday was a lively day, with many students from the TSA pitching in to clean up the space for our Spring Open House. It went so well that I was able to peel my paint-spattered self away for a couple of hours of drawing.
H - was working at Diane McGrath's studio. H- is a core member of the Femmes Du Feu aerial troupe, and a very powerful charismatic performer. It was the first time she worked in this setting.
These are some 30-second and 1-minute poses that she took using a hoop and a length of stout rope.

3rd entry for April 11, 2010

These were both 20-minute poses that Y- took. Afterwards, he noted that he thought the study of the more upright pose looked "quite religious".

2nd entry for April 11, 2010

I came back that evening, and continued drawing, this time with Y- working. These were some 1-minute and some 15-minute poses that he did.

1st entry for April 11, 2010

I made it out for part of the morning session at the TSA, where I found S- working. These are a 5-minute head study, two 15-minute full-figure studies and a 10-minute head.
