On the Friday, I was back at TSA. For warming up, I tried using 8B graphite on 18 x 24" sheets of Manila.
I thought the rougher surface of Manila would work, but no dice. The fibres were to soft, and the graphite didn't pick up much at all.
I'm a Toronto- based artist. My focus is on the human form, primarily through drawing. I'm mostly posting work on Tumblr now(link below.) This blog remains a process-intensive diary of over 10,000 studies spanning more than 7 years.
