1st entry for April 14, 2013
(If you've been curious about learning to draw the human figure, or want to sharpen up old skills, come take an intro Life Drawing class at the new Toronto School of Art.
My classes now start May 11, and I'm teaching 6-week and 7-week intro classes Monday nights and Saturday mornings. (clicking on the links takes you to the registration page for each class.)
On the Sunday I was over in the morning at St. Cyril's. Polina, a new model, was working, and these are a couple of 5-minute studies above, and a couple of 10-minute ones below. All are done with hard compressed Nobel charcoal on 18 x 24" sheets of bond paper.
