These are two 5-minute studies above, and three 10-minute ones below. The top two are on 18 x 24" sheets of bond paper, and the lower three are on 18 x 24" sheets of Canson Sketch paper. All are done with hard compressed charcoal.

A week in the life of my drawing process. Put me in front of a human being and I can work away, happy as a clam.
What most moves me is responding in drawing to living, breathing people: I want to record them, and I explore, bit-by-bit, different materials and strategies for setting down those responses.
People who are looking to do some art modelling may also find this a casual archive of potential pose ideas, with over 4950 studies now posted.
I can't claim that they are all great drawings, but I've left what I feel are the real stinkers out of the mix.
