I went over to the Dr Sketchy's drawing session on the Monday night. P- and F- , who are part of the Glamour Puss Burlesque troupe. Their posing fell much more into canonical pin-up territory. They started out working with a Can Can theme.
Their 1-minute poses were generous minutes, and I was completely okay with that. Setting down two people's gestures in a minute is challenging. Two people in multi-layer flouncy skirts is off the chart.
These are all done with hard compressed charcoal on 18 x 24" sheets of cartridge paper.
