These were 3-minute poses (one or two might be 5 minutes). At this point I was getting settled and warmed up, and getting more control in the shapes I was setting down. For theses aerial poses I find 3 - 5 minutes is ideal to get the basics down.
I'm a Toronto- based artist. My focus is on the human form, primarily through drawing. I'm mostly posting work on Tumblr now(link below.) This blog remains a process-intensive diary of over 10,000 studies spanning more than 7 years.
