3rd Entry for November 27th, 2008

This was a 5-minute pose. Although all of sessions I've participated in at Diane's studio have involved people interacting with different sorts of equipment, some of the other drawers were concurring that the stilts were extra-challenging. Partly it was the detail on them- they looked a little like a cross between an orthopedic brace, a crutch & some Japanese medieval court shoe.

K- is a very fit individual, and as such we concurred that just trying to draw him- irrespective of his stilts - was fun in itself. I like that about these sessions- all the instincts learned in other sessions get applied with further levels of complexity, in shorter periods of time.

Fun.
