My experience of the Dr. Sketchy's sessions v.1.0 came late in the game, but I found them entertaining and a real spontaneous drawing workout. When Brett, Katherine and Brynne wrapped things up, a few other things filled a similar niche but none with quite the mix of raciness and fun.

On the Friday night at Round Venue in Kensington, Jeremy, Lauri and Jeffrey, the team of people who organise the Toons on Tap sessions inaugurated a new round of Dr. Sketchy's sessions. The debut model was dancer/burlesque performer Pastel Supernova. These are some 1-minute and 3-minute studies, done with Pitt pen on 18 x 24" sheets of Canson Recycled Sketch paper.
