3rd entry for August 29, 2013

These are a 10-minute study above, a 15-minute one and two 20-minute ones below, give or take. All are done with Pentel brushpen on a 9 x 12" pad of Canson drawing paper.
The Collective session was a good friendly one, and an interesting turn from the standard type paid life drawing sessions. Facebook definitely helps, as an effective way of coordinating and imparting information on the details a free-floating session.
One thing the participants do that I liked was to spend about 15 minutes after the drawing is done passing sketchbooks around the room so everyone can share everyone else's drawings from the night. It adds to the communality of the experience.
