2nd entry for May 11, 2014
These are three 25-minute studies and a 15-minute one at bottom, all done with water-soluble pencils and water-soluble graphite washes on 18 x 24" sheets of paper. The first and third ones are on Canson Montval Watercolour paper, and the 2nd and third are on Canson XL Bristol paper.
Interested in exploring some wet media? Water-soluble watercolour pencils and India ink are part of the materials we will explore in a 6-week Intermediate Drawing course through OCADU's Continuing Studies department. Working with a model is a component of that, but we will work on other subject matter as well, as we explore some drawing approaches. It starts July 10, runs 6:30 - 9:30 weekly, costs $400 and you can get details on it here.
